A Sharper Life

I had to post these here so I can watch them whenever I want without searching for them again.  :P

The sad funny thing is, I have people on my FB friends list that fit every one of those.

I’ve decided that I want some laying hens so I can have farm fresh eggs. But before I can get said chickens, I have to have a hen house for them. I’ve spent the last few days learning how to use Google SketchUp in order to design my own chicken coop and run.

Here’s what I have so far. The walls aren’t on yet, so you can see the inside of the house.

I still have to decide on the windows and access doors. Then I can actually build the thing and order these:

And then I’ll get these (yep, they are blue-green!):

I had a crazy dream last night, which isn’t all that remarkable, I have them all the time. But this time it was so vivid and I actually remembered it this morning.

I was finished checking out at Volde-Mart. I had paid for my purchase and was making sure to grab all my bags from the bag turn-style. The cashier was scanning the items for the woman behind me. The last of her items was a greeting card. Instead of placing the card into a bag, the cashier placed it back on the counter. The woman behind me paid, and the cashier started scanning the items of the next woman in line. She first scanned the first woman’s greeting card and then handed it to the second woman. That woman put a $500 bill into the envelope and handed it back to the cashier. The cashier pulled the bill out, looked at it while holding it up to the light, and then checked it’s authenticity by using a counterfeit detecting pen. I was concerned because the greeting card belonged to the first woman, not the second. I turned to the first woman and told her that the card was hers. She tried to get the attention of the cashier and the dream ended.

What the heck? Did the first woman ever get her card back? Were the second woman and the cashier involved in some crazy drug deal? And does a $500 bill actually exist? I need to know these things!

Apparently they used to exist!!
